Granalta Tequila Blanco con Bagazo 1 Liter

Agave azul is steamed in brick ovens for 26 hours, crushed with a roller mill, fermented with agave fibers in stainless steel tanks using well water. It is then distilled in a stainless steel still with copper coils in Arandas, Jalisco.
