Dom Perignon Oenotheque Champagne 1973

Oenothèque is the late-release, cellar-aged series from Dom Pérignon. 1973 is full-bodied and vivacious with hallmark balance and finesse. On the nose there is a hint of toast and ripe yellow plums, which carries through to the palate, concluding with a delicious candied lemon finish.
